Another WordPress Test
The idea behind these first few posts to to test out some functionality of WordPress to understand how I can do some of the things I know I want to do. One of the things I know I would like to be able to do is to have an image gallery. If I am ever to escape the rule of the Zuckerbeast and the kingdom of Facebook I will need a place to post images from my adventures for public viewing. And by adventures, I mean retro style photos of good looking apples from the grocery store taken with my iPhone. Continue reading
Here we go!
I am finally going to get this blog up and going. When it is done, it will be beautiful and functional. But until I get it done, things might bounce around quite a bit. I will try to keep the changes from getting too jarring or making the site painful to navigate.
So why on earth should the interwebs be subjected to yet another blog? Well, to be honest, this blog is not for the interwebs or anyone attached to them. It is a place for Charity and myself to give a voice to our thoughts and opinions on faith, family, music, and life in general. It is to help us process our lives, thoughts, and experiences. If this becomes meaningful to others, wonderful. If not, so be it. As long as it stays meaningful to us, then it will exist and exist with purpose. When it stops be helpful to us, it will be deleted and I will save my $10 a year on a domain name and probably use that money to buy candy. Continue reading
